From the Studio Samples collection — a one-of-a-kind piece shaped by hand in latte-buff stoneware. Ocean Veil bridges two distant coasts: the storm-worn edges of Ireland’s Cliffs of Moher and the sun-baked shores of Oman.
Its form draws from the Qulla, a traditional Middle Eastern water vessel once used to keep cool, still water in the desert heat. Here, that history meets the restless Atlantic — a glaze of deep sea-blues and misted greys recalling waves that crash and churn at the cliff’s base. The same element that once lapped gently against Oman’s rocky inlets now rises as a soft veil of spray against Ireland’s western edge, uniting two landscapes shaped by water yet worlds apart.
