At Terra and Tuba, every ceramic piece is handcrafted with care and made to order. Due to the unique, custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns, issue refunds, or provide exchanges once an order has been placed.

 

Please note:

• Variations in colour, texture, or form are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

• Once an item has been delivered in good condition, we are not responsible for damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or improper use after delivery.

 

Breakage After Purchase:

If you accidentally damage your piece after purchase, we understand how upsetting that can be. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer 20% off your next commissioned piece when you return the broken item to us for responsible disposal.

 

Order Cancellations:

Because we start work promptly after receiving your order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be considered confirmed and production will begin.
